When you place an order for a "pre-order", it means that you are ordering an item that is not currently in stock but will be available at a later date. By placing a pre-order, you are ensuring that you will receive the item as soon as it becomes available, this date will always be listed in the product description. This allows our customers to reserve their favourite VDM bikini before it sells out again.
If you placed an order that includes both pre-order and in-stock items, your in-stock items will be secured and shipped in full when the rest of your order is ready to ship. If you want your in-stock items quicker, please place two separate orders.

Once an order is processed, the order is finalised and can’t be cancelled / changed. However, if you have made a mistake with your personal details and need help to change these before it’s dispatched, please email us at admin@vdmthelabel.com A member of our team will help you update your order details.
Our designs are reversible, eliminating the need for padding holes, as they are intended to be worn both ways. Additionally, they are double-lined, providing substantial thickness.
Our underwire tops are the only ones with padding holes, but the padding is not included.
We will gladly accept the return of any full-priced item for a store credit, excluding the original shipping costs. All sale items are considered final, and no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be processed. This policy applies to storewide sales or promotions.
You have a 30-day window from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return. The item must be returned in its original condition, with tags still attached, and must be unworn, unwashed, and unsoiled. Failure to meet these conditions will result in the rejection of the return, and the item will be sent back to you at your own expense.
Upon meeting the stated conditions, once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), a store credit will be issued within 5-7 business days. Please be aware that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. All major credit card providers generally take 5-7 business days to process your refund before it appears in your bank account.
Duties and taxes will be included in the final cost at checkout.

Additionally, we advise checking the 'model measurements' section for each product, which provides details on the model such as cup size, bust size & height along with their corresponding VDM size. This allows for a helpful comparison.
