BLACK FRIDAY

Due to the high volume of orders, we cannot guarantee the iems you purchase during the sale will be available for exchanges. Therefore, all items purchased during Black Friday Sale are considered final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless faulty. During Black Friday, due to the high volume of orders, please allow up to 5 days for your order to be dispatched. Once dispatched, domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post, and international orders are handled by DHL Express. 

All discount codes will temporarily be paused for the Black Friday Promotion due to the high discounts already applied. 

Unfortunately, due to the high volume of orders, we are unable to make changes to your order. So please take reasonable steps to ensure all the items included in your order and shipping details are entered correctly. 

Yes, you can use our store credit or gift card as a payment method during the sale. 

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for store credit on full-priced items, excluding original shipping costs. Please note, sale items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. This applies to any storewide sales or promotions.

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to start a return. The item must be in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, and with tags attached. If these conditions aren’t met, the return will be rejected, and the item will be sent back to you at your own expense.

Once we receive and inspect your return, store credit will be issued within 5-7 business days. Please remember, original shipping costs are non-refundable.

You can initiate a return through our portal below. Please note that the item must must be returned in its original condition, with tags still attached, and must be unworn, unwashed, and unsoiled. Failure to meet these conditions will result in the rejection of the return, and the item will be sent back to you at your own expense.

Sizing

For larger busts, we recommend our classic triangle bikini or balconette styles. This includes the Blair top and Margot top.

Cheeky styles provide the most coverage, but still less than a regular brief. This is followed by Brazilian, then thong, with G-string offering the least coverage.

If you’re in between sizes, we recommend opting for the larger size for more coverage and comfort. If you prefer a cheekier look, you can choose to go down a size. Keep in mind that sizing can vary by style, so it’s helpful to check our size chart and read customer reviews for additional guidance.

Your Order

A "pre-order" allows you to purchase an item before it officially becomes available. This means the product is currently being restocked, and by pre-ordering, you're securing your purchase ahead of time. The expected availability or shipping date will be clearly stated in the product description, ensuring you receive the item as soon as it’s ready.

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, your in-stock items will be secured and shipped together when the entire order is ready. If you'd like your in-stock items sooner, please place two separate orders.

We will ship your order once all items are available. If you wish to receive your available item before the pre-ordered one, please place two seperate orders.

To ensure the longevity of your bikini, please follow these care instructions:

Washing:
Hand wash in cold water with gentle detergent.
Avoid using fabric softeners, as they can damage the spandex or elastic.
Do not wring or twist the bikini, gently squeeze the water out.

Drying:
Lay flat to air dry, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
Avoid drying in the dryer, as high heat can shrink and damage the fabric.
