EXCHANGES & RETURNS
At VDM The Label we understand how important it is for your new Bikini to fit just right in order for you to look and feel your best. It is very important to us to make this process as easy and accurate as possible to ensure that you are satisfied with your product and have selected the right size, we therefore are always here to assist if you need guidance or advice, or simply refer to our size guide if you have any questions about a specific Bikini or would like assistance please Contact Us .
At VDM The Label we understand that Buying online is not always easy, and we want to ensure that your swimwear fits you perfectly, therefore we do allow you to Exchange items. The return will be credited in store credit. Please note that we do not refund items unless deemed faulty by VDM THE LABEL.
The following must apply prior to exchange or return of product;
- Product must be unworn
- Hygiene liner must be attached to product
- Product must be returned in original package and garment bag
- VDM The Label swing tags attached
- Product must be returned within 20 Days of received date (***extended to 60 days until further notice due to COVID-19)
VDM The Label will send a confirmation email once the item has been received and checked, a store credit will be issued within 2-3 days of return. VDM The Label is not responsible for the shipping costs of your return or exchange item/s.

Please note colours and shades may slightly differ in our photos due to lighting effects during photoshoot, fabric colour may appear slight different in real life.
Please also note that all our bikinis are hand-sewn, therefore each bikini is slightly unique and may slightly vary, however we have a highly-qualified Quality Assurance team checking each Bikini to ensure we maintain the highest standards.
In the unlikely case you have received an item that you believe to be faulty, we will allow a refund once deemed faulty by VDM The Label.
In this case please email Admin@vdmthelabel.com and we will assist to solve the issue.
VDM The Label does not reimburse shipping cost
Once an order is processed through our system, the order is finalised and cant be cancelled, however if you have made mistake with your order and need help changing details before it is dispatched, please email us asap at email@example.com so we can help to update your order, or order details. If the item you want is currently unavailable we can issue a credit note for your order instead.
