After our initial freak-out, the VDM team have sat down to chat about what we can do to help our customers as the world responds to COVID-19.
We love the planet and the people and animals that live in it and have always felt a social responsibility to look after it. As you know our fabrics are made from 100% post-consumer waste and now, we feel we have even more of a social responsibility to ensure the health and safety of ourselves and you – our amazing customers.
Our entire HQ team is practicing social distancing, but we are committed to ensure that we can deliver to you, as we always have, with no disruptions whatsoever.
We’re still here to answer all your questions (via email, live chat & DM’s), delivering a little ray of sunshine into your life to curb the boredom.
Whether you need a new bikini to chill by the pool during self-isolation, for that mirror selfie or the latest TikTok challenge, your next look is in our capable (clean!) hands.
Our warehouse will be processing international and domestic orders as usual while they continue to maintain the highest standard of hygiene.
There are slight changes to how you receive your parcel such as removal of ‘signature on delivery’ service and to give back as a thank you for your continued support, we are now offering Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50.
Australia: Your parcel can now be delivered without signature to minimise contact and spread of the virus. However, if you are required to pick up at your local post office, you will still need to be present but the staff member will sign on your behalf. International: DHL provide the option to have no contact where the driver will scan on your behalf and will provide information on the location of your parcel. Please also note that orders will be processed as normal from our warehouse but depending on the quarantine policies of your country, there could be potential delays. We have also extended our returns from 20 days to 60 days until further notice. We have always laundered all returns, and this will not change so you can relax knowing that all items are processed with the highest standard of hygiene & safety.
