After our initial freak-out, the VDM team sat down to chat about what we can do to help our customers as the world responds to COVID-19.

 

We’re still proudly providing sustainable fashion to Australia.

We love the planet and the people and animals that live in it, so we’ve always felt a social responsibility to look after it. That’s why we provide sustainable fashion products to our Australian consumers. As you know, we make our fabrics from 100% post-consumer waste and, now more than ever, we feel more social responsibility to ensure the health and safety of our amazing customers—and our team.

Our entire HQ team is practicing social distancing & mask wearing. But we’re just as committed to ensure that we can deliver our sustainable fashion to you with no disruptions, as always.

We’re still here to answer all your questions (via email, live chat & DMs), and delivering a little ray of sunshine into your life to curb the COVID boredom.

Whether you need a new bikini for that mirror selfie, to chill by the pool during self-isolation, or for that latest TikTok challenge, your next look is in our capable (and clean) hands.

Our warehouse will process international and domestic orders as usual while they continue to maintain the highest standard of hygiene. Plus, we haven’t compromised on your health and safety by detracting from the sustainability of our Australian products. You can rest easy knowing our products are as sustainable as always.

There are slight changes to how you’ll receive your parcel:
 
Australia:  Your parcel can now be delivered without a signature to minimise the contact and spread of the virus. However, if you need to pick your parcel up at your local post office, a staff member will sign on your behalf. For more detailed information, please see the Australia Post policy via their website.
 
To give back as a thank you for your continued support, we are now offering Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50.
 
International: EXPRESS. For more detailed information, please see the FedEx policy via their website.
Please note: Our Express Service with FedEx is experiencing delays of between 2-4 days.

VDM has also extended our returns from 20 days to 60 days until further notice.  We have always laundered all returns, so you can relax knowing that we process all items with the highest standard of hygiene & safety.
