    Ordered this style in another shade that isn’t available on the website. The bottoms either got stripped of the colour from the sun or from dye running. Customer service won’t refund after admitting the item is faulty. Forcing me to have a store credit when I can’t repurchase the same colour so now the two tops I bought are useless as I purchase my swimwear to wear as a set. When I asked for the courtesy of a gift card for the entire order so I could use my items as intended and send back the faulty bottoms with tops they said no meaning I would then have to put more money in to get new bottoms and then pay them more money for new tops as the shade isn’t on the website anymore. I own several quality brands and never experienced this on swimwear I’ve owned for years. This is not quality. Better off buying Kmart or Glassons. Offered to send back entire order as I am not trying to gain product I just want a complete set I can use as this fault was not from me. I also had them for 9 months, 6 of those months were autumn/winter and then spring.
